If you are looking for exceptional support for your midsection following childbirth, this firm compression girdle by Squeem might just do the trick. Featuring the company’s proprietary Intelligent Fabric technology, its triple-filled cotton lining ensures optimal comfort from sunup to sundown.

This well-designed waist trainer includes many thoughtful touches. For example, because it strictly supports the midsection, it can discreetly be worn with strapless and off-the-shoulder tops. Available in sizes XS through 5XL, its 100-percent all-natural rubber exterior, which utilizes Intelligent Fabric technology, molds easily and naturally to curves, making the most of them.

At the same time, this firm compression girdle provides homogenous, all-over compression, which makes it ideal for women whose bodies are rebounding following childbirth. In addition to supporting the muscles, it provides exceptional back support and encourages a correct posture. Better still, this garment boasts internal boning, which keeps it from rolling up throughout the day.

Whether you are looking to smooth your figure, heal following a C-section or vaginal birth or just need a little extra support, you can’t go wrong with this first-rate postpartum girdle. It can even help you strengthen your abdominal muscles more quickly, allowing you to fit back into your regular clothes faster. This abdominal binder features adjustable hook and eye closures down the front. There are two rows, so you can tighten the girdle if needed. The best part is that you don’t have to take it off to adjust it–just slide the panel over to the other row of hooks, and you will be good to go.

A reinforced, medical-grade abdominal panel ensures optimal support and durability. It also provides unbeatable incision support, so you can move around freely without worrying about slowing down your recovery. This girdle is incredibly comfortable too, so you won’t mind wearing it every day until you have recovered fully.

Women’s bodies tend to recover in stages following childbirth. Every woman is different too, so there’s no predicting where support will be needed. This cleverly designed 3 in 1 postpartum girdle covers all of the bases by including three belts: one for the belly, one for the waist and one for the pelvis.

Made out of a breathable, lightweight fabric, this girdle is offered in one color, beige. It is also one size fits all, which covers sizes six through 12. We like the material that it’s made out of because it doesn’t roll up while you move around. Another great perk is that you can adjust each of these three belts without having to remove them.

If you are recovering from childbirth and need help with back pain, pelvic pain or other issues, this girdle is sure to help. When worn regularly, it promotes faster healing. In the meantime, it smooths out sagging skin, allowing you to achieve a more streamlined and flattering silhouette.

This girdle is also very easy to clean, so you can wear it regularly without having to struggle to keep it in good shape. As your compression and postpartum needs change, you can switch between using one or all of the belts for customized support. When used as directed, this girdle may help your uterus to shrink back down to size more quickly.

The bottom line regarding this girdle is that if you need support that extends beyond the waist, this one is probably right for you.

Unlike many postpartum girdles, which have built-in bras, this thoughtfully designed body shaper by Leonisa is braless. As a result, it provides a lot more versatility, and you can continue wearing your regular bras while using it. Many women dislike girdles with built-in bras because they are too constricting and not very comfortable, but you don’t have to worry about that with this body shaper.

Featuring a classic panty, the Leonisa Women’s Slimming Braless Body Shaper provides support and compression to the waist, tummy and hips. Because it is also high in the back, it promotes smooth, clean lines, allowing you to dress fashionably and to look your very best.

The ultra-flat zipper on this girdle is joined by three hooks, allowing you to get the comfort and fit that’s right for you. Lightweight yet supportive material provides breathable yet firm control from the moment that you put it on until the moment that you take it off.

Thanks to the open bust design of this body shaper, you can wear any top or bra that you like while wearing it. This gives you a lot more flexibility regardless of the season. From tank tops in the summer to sweaters in the winter, you can wear what feels right with this girdle.

Although this girdle provides consistent, homogenous compression, it is remarkably comfortable. You won’t feel constricted at all while wearing it, but you will notice and appreciate the support.

Rounding out our list is this first-rate body shaper girdle by Fajate.   Featuring a braless design, it has very thin, removable straps, so you can achieve whatever look you would like. Even if you want to wear a strapless or off-the-shoulder top, you can do so without anyone knowing that you have a girdle on underneath.

This girdle is especially effective for women who need waist and abdominal compression following surgery or childbirth. The open crotch design makes it a convenient choice for busy women and new moms.

We really like the material that this girdle is made out of. According to the manufacturer, its lining consists of 84 percent nylon and 16 percent elestan, and its exterior features 88 percent nylon and 12 percent elestan.

After I gave birth to my first child, I had a great pressure on me to get back to shape quickly. The 3-in-1 postpartum support came out to be a perfect girdle for me. The 3 belts that came with it really helped. I used one for my pelvis, one for my belly, and the last for my waist. It aided my healing and I love it!

YOYO - September 3, 2017

I used a wrap immediately after both of my pregnancies and it’s awesome. I felt like my guts were being put back in their place, it feels really good and it provides great support. It also helped with some of the pain and discomfort and seemed to help me bounce back fairly quickly. The trick is to consistently wear it, it won’t work if you only wear it here and there. The wrap I used for my first two was just a cheap one and it worked great.
