The 3rd Annual National Learn to Swim Day is Saturday, May 17.  And it’s a great day to be reminded of the importance of teaching your kids to swim and learning to swim yourself if you don’t already know how.

I definitely agree that you should always have your child in a flotation device when teaching them to swim. When I was learning how to swim I remember I felt a lot safer with something to hold onto instead of braving the waters all on my own. I’m sure the tubes would probably speed up the learning process so great tip!
