Raw Carrot Cake Bites

I used to love sinking my teeth into Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Apple Pie, Carrot Cake and any dessert I could try on Thanksgiving. So I wanted to bring something a little more dessert-ish so that I wouldn’t feel as though I were missing out on the good stuff.

I found the Raw Carrot Cake Bites and I can’t wait to try them! They look amazing!

Cranberry & Beef Stuffed Acorn Squash

I’ve tried these. They are amazing! And when you cook them they smell just like Christmas.

I think these would be so pretty to take to Thanksgiving dinner. I hope to find a few small acorn squash and make little appetizer size servings of these Cranberry & Beef Stuffed Acorn Squash.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

I love asparagus and I have grown quite fond of prosciutto.  I imagine the two wrapped together would be delicious.
